Prior to placing an order we suggest customers familiarize themselves with the the General Information below or contact us for more details.

Prior to placing an order, customers must request a quote to let us know what products you are considering and whether or not they will require cresting (your logo). You can contact us via email or phone to request a quote.

Samples of all of our products are available for viewing upon request. They are sent C.O.D. (including shipping costs) to the customer. When the samples are returned in good condition, the customer has the amount which was paid for the samples, credited to their order. In cases where there is no order, the customer is refunded the entire amount paid for the samples.

All prepaid orders of $1500.00 and more, within the province of Alberta, will be shipped to the customer with Allstar Sportswear paying for the shipping charges. This policy only applies to ground service and only to Alberta customers. All other shipments will be sent out FOB origin. The customer is to specify their carrier of choice. Allstar Sportswear will not be responsible for non-delivery, loss, or damage during shipment. The customer is to specify on the sales order if they wish to carry insurance on the shipment. The customer bears the cost of the insurance.

All returns require prior authorization from Allstar Sportswear. You must call first and request an authorization number. The customer pays the shipping costs on the returns. When it is determined that the fault( defect due to workmanship, error etc.) lies with Allstar Sportswear, we immediately repair, replace or refund to the customer’s satisfaction. Although customer satisfaction has always been paramount with Allstar Sportswear, we cannot be held responsible for reasons other than those mentioned above, especially for goods that had cresting done on them.

It is important to us that we re-produce your logo(s) for the best possible appearance on any of our products that you purchase. For that reason we ask you to submit your logo artwork, by email, in any of the following formats: JPEG, PDF, EPS or AI(adobe illustrator). We have you see the proofs and sign off on them, before we complete the cresting process. Additional charges may apply where the artwork received is of such poor quality, that it requires redrawing of the logo. You will be advised of the additional charges before we proceed with the order.

Cashier’s cheque, certified cheque, company cheque, draft, visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Where orders are placed by first time customers and/or by customers who have not established terms, a 50% deposit must accompany the order. The balance is due prior to shipment of the completed order. Application for credit can be requested after the initial order. A credit application form can be obtained by clicking on the credit application icon on the Allstar Sportswear home page.
